Music Corner

By way of introduction, my name is Brett Matthews, and I’m a local acoustic musician based in Napa, where I’ve been lucky to call home for the past 10 years. You can find me on Instagram at @bbccmm. 

Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of performing at a variety of venues and events throughout the Valley, including Silverado, Barnhouse, The Yard, Bloom (Sonoma), The Distillery, Downtown Napa, Levendi Winery, Bouchaine Winery, Calistoga Depot, Armistice, and much more. Each show has been a chance to connect with the community and create memorable musical moments.

My style is rooted in the acoustic storytelling tradition, heavily influenced by Neil Young, and I love sharing covers that resonate across generations—artists like Mt. Joy, Wilco, Bob Dylan, The Lumineers, Tom Petty, Cat Stevens, Caamp, fusion of old and new. My goal is always to create a space where music lives somewhere between the head and the heart and contribute to the Valley's vibrant music scene.
